SERC Projects: National fouling survey (marine invertebrates), Bivalve and Gastropod taxonomy, general marine invertebrate taxonomy, invasive (non-native) species identification
Research Interests: marine ecology, marine invertebrate zoology, effects of invasive (non-native) species on local communities, larval ecology (development, dispersal, behavior, and effects on population structure), evolutionary biology and systematics, marine invertebrate communities (rocky intertidal, subtropical reefs, estuaries, and mudflats), wetland restoration ecology, and coastal conservation management.
