Housing
Only interns, fellows, and visitors who are participating in programs, workshops, conferences, etc. may stay in SERC housing. Family members and friends are encouraged to visit SERC, but use local, off-site housing. There are many lodging options available in the Edgewater and Annapolis area. Thank you for understanding!
Asher House and the Green Village provide an affordable and accessible lodging option for individuals who are working with SERC staff to conduct mission critical activities. Housing options include six cottages and a single-family home that are intended primarily for short-term stays by visiting researchers, educators, and other professionals.
The Green Village dormitories mainly provide longer term accommodation for interns and fellows. At times dorms can be made available to provide extra housing for larger, short-term events.
All SERC housing facilities have a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, SI phone service, fire and smoke alarms. Dorms and Asher House also have a TV lounge. Bed linens and towels are provided at no cost. Bikes are available for use free of charge.

If you have questions regarding meeting and event space or housing accommodations, contact the Campus and Housing Coordinator at SERCreservations@si.edu.
