We need your help to track marine invasive species. If you have access to a dock in brackish or salty water, you can put out your own settlement tiles.

Here's how you can get started:

1. Click here to register your site. This will be the location of the dock where you plan to deploy the tiles.  WAIT until you receive an email from us before moving on to the next step.

2. Once you received an email with your site name and instructions for setting up your tiles, click here to upload a photo of your tile set up. Be sure to upload the photo BEFORE you deploy your tile(s) into the water.

3. After you take your tiles out of the water and photograph them, click here to upload the best photo of each tile.

Your tile photos will be uploaded into the Invader ID project on Zooniverse where the organisms living there will be identified by volunteers. We'll use this information to track invasive species and hopefully, identify new invasions before they become problematic. Thank you for your help!
