Biography

My research focuses on three main topics: (1) the role of biodiversity in ecological and evolutionary processes, (2) mechanisms and consequences of biological invasions, and (3) consequences of climate change for species' ranges and biotic interactions. I use a diversity of approaches, including field observation and experimentation, laboratory assays, phylogenetics, and synthetic statistics.
