I am a marine ecologist with interests in species range dynamics, latitudinal trends in species distributions, mechanisms of population establishment, and physiological responses of invertebrates to novel conditions. My research uses historical data, present day distribution patterns, and experimental manipulations to investigate human mediated change in marine ecosystems, with a focus on introduced species and climate change.
