WE CAN DO IT; YOU CAN HELP! CITIZEN SCIENCE AT SERC
Evening Lecture
Location: Schmidt Conference Center
Start: 7:00PM
End: 8:00PM
Speaker: Alison Cawood
Citizen scientists—members of the public who help scientists make discoveries—are finding exoplanets, uncovering genes and enabling scientists to take on projects only dreamed of before. Sometimes, these volunteers propose new questions for research. At SERC, we are finding more ways to involve the community in environmental science research, from archaeology to experimental forests. Come learn about citizen science projects all over the world and discover how you can participate with SERC.
