>Take exit 16 to merge onto MD Route 424 S (Davidsonville Road)

>Turn left (east) at stoplight onto Md. 214 (Central Ave.)

>Take Exit 23A onto MD Route 2 (Solomon's Island Road) toward MD-450/Parole

>Go approximately 5 miles and turn left at a traffic light onto MD-214 Central Avenue

>Follow Central Ave. (MD 214) east to stoplight at MD 468 (Muddy Creek Road)

>Turn right (south) on MD 468 (Muddy Creek Road)

>Proceed about 1 mile, then turn left (east) at the SERC sign on the corner of Contees Wharf Road.

>Proceed 0.8 miles on paved road to the brown SERC sign. 

NOTE: The entrance to Contee Farm for the Contee Watershed Trail will be
on your left about halfway down the paved road, at the top of the small hill before the brown SERC sign.

>Turn right at the brown SERC sign towards the SERC main gate. After you pass the gate, do one of the following:

For the Administration Building (Bldg. #145): Continue past the gate and at the 3-way stop, continue straight. The administration building is the white two-story frame building on your right just before the stop sign in front of the construction.

For the Schmidt Center (Bldg. #180): Continue past the front gate and turn right at the 3-way stop. The Schmidt center is a brown brick building on the right, just past the row of parking spots.

For the Philip D. Reed Education Center (Bldg. #200) and dock area: Take an immediate left after the gate with the stop sign and brown sign (not the green guard house) and proceed 1/3 mile down Dock Road. The Education Center facility and parking will be on the right.
